The Role:

As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Managing appointment schedules efficiently using Best Practice Software
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing information on services
  • Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and managing billing processes
What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years proven experience in a GP setting
  • Proficiency in Best Practice Software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A great sense of teamwork while also being able to take initiative and work independently
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic to thrive in a busy environment
