This is your chance to guide business owners through meaningful brand transformation - helping them move from chaos to clarity, from blending in to standing out. At Design Studio Perth, you'll work closely with clients and our creative team to shape distinctive brands that grow with intention and impact.

  • Work with clients ready to grow – Our clients aren't here for surface-level branding. They're ready to invest in the real work—and they value your expertise.
  • High autonomy, no micromanagement – We back high-performers who own outcomes, drive conversations, and bring structure to the creative.

What this role isn't:

  • Not about running marketing campaigns or ad sets
  • Not a client-service rep - we want leadership, not lip service
  • Not for fence-sitters - our clients want clarity, not indecision
  • Not a stepping-stone - we want someone who's building a name in brand strategy

The Role: Guide, Advise, Elevate

  • Lead clients through every stage of our Brand Fusion Framework - from discovery to definition to design
  • Run strategic workshops and brand consultations that spark clarity and direction
  • Collaborate with our internal creative team to ensure all execution aligns with strategy
  • Keep projects running smoothly with clear communication, timelines, and follow-through
  • Identify opportunities to add value, strengthen the brand, and grow the relationship
  • Be a go-to source of insight, support, and bold thinking

Who We're Looking For

A confident, strategic communicator with a passion for branding that actually moves the needle. You've got the experience, presence, and mindset to guide business owners - and rally a creative team.

  • 5+ Years in brand strategy, client services, or account leadership within a creative/branding agency
  • Proven experience guiding clients through complex brand decisions
  • Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, and identity frameworks
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills - you hold a room with clarity and warmth
  • Ability to collaborate across strategy, design, and copy to bring ideas to life
  • Calm, organised, and confident in fast-paced environments
