About You.

  • Can you ensure completion of all food preparation, cooking, set up and pack down of the kitchen?
  • Can you ensure company compliance of quality control and OH&S/WH&S requirements including kitchen cleanliness?
  • Do you have at least 1 year of experience making woodfire pizza?
  • Are you willing to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure?
  • Do you have flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends?
