We are expanding our offerings to include a retail business and are looking for a talented Pizza Executive Chef to join our team and elevate our woodfire pizza experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the woodfire pizza section of the kitchen.
- Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and preparation techniques in woodfire pizza making.
- Vacuum seal and pack pizzas for our retail business.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, with specific expertise in woodfire pizza making
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough, sauce, and topping preparation
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen
