Hinterland Aviation is a well-established regional airline proudly serving Queensland since 1984. With continued growth in our operations, expansion of scheduled routes, and a number of internal promotions, we are now seeking motivated new team members to join our Horn Island team on a FIFO roster from Cairns.

We are looking for flexible and customer-focused individuals to play a key front-line role in our operation. This FIFO position covers check in, aircraft turn arounds, baggage handling, reservations, and administration duties—ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating arriving and departing aircraft.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery while handling multiple priorities.

Liaising with pilots, operations control, and maintenance teams to support on-time

performance.

Delivering exceptional service to passengers via phone, email, and in-person.

Assisting with passenger reservations and freight consignments.

Providing administrative support including data entry and daily operational reporting.

Ensuring compliance with company procedures, CASA regulations, and safety

standards.

Upholding a high standard of presentation and professionalism representing the

Company.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years customer service experience.

Aviation or airport experience is preferred but not required for this role.
