As a result of internal promotions at our Far North Queensland Cairns Base, we are looking to fill Ground Handling and Customer Service Representative roles. We are interested with experience in Fixed Based Operations (FBO) or ramp operations, as well as any multi-talented and initiative-driven individuals.

Position Description:

• Coordinate aircraft dispatch, refuelling, marshalling, cleaning and servicing in accordance with Company schedules.
• Coordinate passenger and crew movements through the FBO.
• Load and unload baggage and freight.
• Conduct general base duties and assist the Base Manager where required.
• Maintain the upkeep of all Company vehicles, sites and ground service equipment.
• Act as a representative of the Company to clients.

Applicants must have the ability to:

• Follow set procedures
• Conduct themselves in professional manner
• Demonstrate impeccable customer service.
• Lift up to 30kg at a time.
• Thrive in a team but also work independently.
• Hold an ASIC and a C Class manual driver's licence.
• Work on a roster that involves early starts and late finishes.
• Work while exposed to the tropical environment.

Applicants possess a more desirable application if they have:

• Prior experience with regards to FBO, ramp operations, refuelling or other Aviation background.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Dangerous Goods Experience
