Job Description:What's the role?What do I need?
  • A sharp eye for risk and a curious mind. You're someone who doesn't just spot risks-you understand them, question them, and know how to guide others through them. You see patterns others miss and bring clarity to complexity.
  • Provide independent advice and challenge to the Fiji Leadership Teams regarding their management of risks across all risk classes arising from both operational and change initiatives within their areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain Credit Portfolio Quality. The courage to challenge and the wisdom to influence. You'll be advising senior leaders and shaping big decisions. That means being confident enough to speak up, and skilled enough to bring people with you-even when the message is tough.
  • Leadership that lifts others. You'll be leading a talented team across operational risk, credit risk, and assurance. Your job is to inspire, support, and grow them-creating a culture where risk is respected, voices are heard, and people thrive.
  • A translator of risk-speak. You can take technical risk concepts and turn them into plain, powerful language that makes sense to everyone-from frontline teams to the boardroom. You're a communicator who connects.
