Join Youturn as an Intervention Worker with headspace
"I want to do work that matters."
If that sounds like you — keep reading.
At Youturn, supporting people in their time of need is more than a mission—it's who we are.
In partnership with headspace, we're all about standing beside young people when life gets tough. We're looking for someone who's not just qualified, but genuinely passionate about making a difference — someone who sees people first, not problems.
Youturn is a leading national not-for-profit organisation delivering Health and Community Services to vulnerable people across Australia. Since 2012, we've proudly delivered youth mental health services under the headspace model—offering friendly, flexible clinical and non-clinical support including counselling, peer activities, and social groups for young people aged 12 to 25.

Be part of community engagement and youth-led initiatives
-
Help shape holistic support that's trauma-informed, age-appropriate and culturally aware

A passionate, values-driven team and supportive workplace culture
-
Opportunities to innovate, grow, and co-create youth-led services
