The key responsibilities of this role include engaging with participants, providing personalized counselling, therapy, and brief therapeutic interventions; conducting intake assessments and developing tailored counselling plans in collaboration with participants and their families; advocating for participants and coordinating with other clinicians, peer lived experience workers, and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
