Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.  

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer experiences.  

- Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance.  

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and wine offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.  

- Address guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.  

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold a clean, safe working environment.  

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and execute outstanding service.  

- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote events and special offerings.

Qualifications:  

- Previous experience in a similar role   

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.  

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage

- An eye for detail and a passion for providing an extraordinary guest experience.  

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
