Roof Force is a Perth-based business with 15+ years' experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial roofing across WA. With continued growth, we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Roof Plumbing Supervisor - Northern Region to join our team.

This role is perfect for an experienced supervision looking for the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising and coordinating roofing projects from start to finish for the northern region
  • Measuring jobs, scheduling, and coordinating bookings
  • Leading and supporting a team while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Light hands-on work on the tools when required
What We're Looking For
  • Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (Cert III or similar)
  • Minimum 5+ years of roof plumbing experience is required (residential)
  • White Card & valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple jobs
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
