About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our growing team in Henderson, WA. This role oversees the delivery of HVAC and refrigeration projects and maintenance contracts across Naval and commercial marine projects. The successful candidate will ensure works are completed to the highest standards of compliance, safety, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise HVAC and refrigeration technicians.
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Plan and allocate labour, materials, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance reporting.
  • Liaise with Defence clients, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and service of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all works comply with WHS, QA, and Defence security standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Trade qualification in HVAC / Refrigeration with full ARCtick licence.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in HVAC supervision or project coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial settings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience working within Defence or high-security environments (desirable).
  • Current driver's licence and ability to obtain Defence base access (essential).
