We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their Treasury function. This role sits at the heart of regulatory risk, reporting uplift and change delivery - ideal for someone who thrives on complex problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

As the Senior BA, you'll work closely with advisory leads, Treasury stakeholders and technical platform teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You'll lead impact assessments, manage project deliverables, document user stories, analyse data, and ensure reporting requirements are well understood across product value chains. Clear communication, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement will be essential.

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services

• Strong grounding in regulatory projects and risk-driven change

• Good understanding of data & how data flows

• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping and data analysis

• Skilled in agile ways of working, with a continuous improvement mindset

• Confidence engaging both business and technical stakeholders
