About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our national IT team. This is a pivotal role responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support I-MED's business outcomes across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and govern infrastructure and cloud architectures that are secure-by-design, scalable, resilient, cost-efficient and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose infrastructure solutions in collaboration with IT teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to I-MED's infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
  • Promote architectural best practices, mentor technical teams, and support knowledge sharing across IT.
  • Provide architectural leadership and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support high-quality solution delivery.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure design and processes.

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Solution Architect in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Deep experience in datacentre infrastructure, virtualisation, automation, and cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or similar are highly regarded.
  • Experience in healthcare, radiology, or regulated industries is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel infrequently as required.
