JOB DISCRIPTION

We are hiring enrgetic Qualified, or Non Qualified, Ex Shift Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers for Full Time and part-time positions at McDonald's Halls Head. The role involves overseeing shifts and running a designated area. We provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.

The following positions are available:

• Department Manager for PPM, PQM or CEM (DLM verified) preferred

• Overnight Manager (LT verified)

• Assistant Restaurant Manager

The preferred candidate should have previous McDonald's management experience, but not necessary to be LTS verified at a minimum, but be an exceptional Trainer and have high People Skills.

Shift Manager / Department Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices, and profit on your shifts.
Shift and Department Managers will work towards achieving targets set out by their Restaurant Manager when on shift.

Provide training, continuing coaching and assistance to crew people.
Maintain equipment integrity to guarantee its safety and functionality.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
In addition to managing shifts, Department Managers are responsible for leading their assigned
restaurant department.
