Skills & Experience
  • Valid Excavator, Loader, Grader, Skid Steer and Dozer Ticket
  • Previous experience operating machinery in civil and/or mining environments
  • High level of physical fitness and willingness to assist with labouring duties when required
  • Current White Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence

Operator Duties
  • Operate excavators, loaders, graders, skid steers, and other site machinery across civil and mining projects
  • Trenching, backfilling, detailed earthworks, and general site prep
  • Work around active poly welding crews, assisting with trench preparation and pipe installation
  • Safely sling, lift, and position poly pipe using chains and lifting equipment
  • Material handling, loading, and stockpiling using loaders and other equipment
  • Assist in laying and bedding piping systems and working around live services/infrastructure
  • Maintain constant communication with ground crew and spotters during operations
  • Complete daily pre-starts, record defects, and ensure machinery remains in safe working order
