Key Responsibilities

  • Data Cloud Development & Integration
  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to unify and harmonize customer data from multiple sources.
  • Build and optimize data models, calculated insights, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and other platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, external data lakes, ERP systems).
  • Implement governance and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Configure and customize Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Leads, Opportunities, and
  • Account/Contact Management.
  • Build custom Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows to extend platform capabilities.
  • Support automation, workflows, and integration with third-party applications.

Experience

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Data Cloud (CDP).
  • Hands-on expertise in building Data Streams, Data Models, Segments, and Calculated Insights in Data Cloud.
  • Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow development experience.
  • Proven track record of working on Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, service console) and Sales Cloud (lead-to-opportunity processes).
  • Working experience in marketing Cloud to personalize customer engagement
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (via APIs, MuleSoft, or ETL tools).
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices.
