About The Role

Tynan Motors currently has a vacancy for an efficient individual to join our team as a Junior Administrator. This role provides excellent exposure to the entire Fleet team and provides an opportunity for the right individual to develop a lifelong career.

This is an entry level role, with pay advancement potential after probation and successful completion of training.

This position is full time - Monday to Friday, based in Sutherland.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Completing leasing company and customer quote requests in a timely manner

  • Liaising with leasing companies to ensure customer needs are met

  • Signing off on correctly calculated quotes

  • Assisting with various leasing company tenders

  • Assisting with writing up orders and contracts

  • Overall assisting our fleet team with administrative duties

Skills and experience

  • Intermediate data entry skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong computer skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to perform to a high standard
