Come and join our warm and friendly team at Canberra Implant & Periodontal Centre. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment in a busy, fast paced environment - starting January 2026.

We have a full time position available - 5 days Monday - Friday, Working hours between 8am-5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient management, greeting and assisting patients, answering all phone enquires, making and confirming appointments & recall management

Checking, processing and managing patient accounts

Administration, including responding to emails and sending out correspondence

Maintenance of the patient database

Processing payments using EFTPOS & Hicaps

Daily reconciliation and banking

Reporting as necessary on practice activities

Experience and Skills:

Experience in reception/administration in dental is preferred but not essential

Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills

Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, lighthearted manner

The ability to multitask in a very busy environment with good time management skills

Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail

Great attitude towards teamwork

Proven track record of punctuality and reliability

A willingness to learn & develop

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
