• $70,000–$85,000 base salary + superannuation

Are you a hands-on creative who thrives behind the camera and in the editing suite? Join Freedom Property Investors as a Videographer & Content Editor (Junior) and help capture the face of Australia's #1 property investment group. Based in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a rising creative who can shoot sharp, move fast, and edit content that captivates.

This is a camera-in-hand, field-based role — not a deskbound editing job. You'll be working closely with our Head of Content to deliver daily videos, podcast clips, and social media assets that reflect the energy of our team and brand.

• Film content at events, offices, and off-site locations (camera-in-hand shooting)
• Set up lighting, audio, and equipment with confidence and speed
• Travel independently around Sydney for shoots (driver's licence and own car required)
• Edit short- and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create compelling thumbnails that capture attention
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and overlays during editing
• Back up and manage media files in shared storage systems
• Deliver final video assets aligned with brand quality and timelines
• Collaborate daily with our Head of Content on production priorities

• 1–2+ years of experience in a videography, editing, or content creation role
• Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio gear, and lighting setup
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut; Photoshop/Canva for thumbnails
• Strong audio awareness and clean sound recording skills
• Portfolio showing social-first content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Highly organised with strong file and time management
• Positive, coachable, and proactive attitude
• Passion for content creation and storytelling
• Willingness to undergo and pass background check and social media check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
