Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are met effectively.
