BYRONS Insolvency & Restructuring is growing rapidly, and we're looking for motivated Graduates through to Senior Accountants who want to build a strong career in Insolvency and Restructuring.

We work across a broad range of Corporate Insolvency matters, including receiverships, administrations, deeds of company arrangement, restructuring, and various types of liquidations. With this variety, we continue to secure new and high-profile matters, offering excellent exposure and learning opportunities.

Work directly with the Senior Manager and Appointees, with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and responsibility, and gain valuable insight into how businesses operate and recover.

About the Role

You'll be involved in all stages of the insolvency process, assisting with the day-to-day management of corporate administrations and restructuring engagements. You'll learn from experienced mentors and have real exposure to decision-making, stakeholder communication, and commercial outcomes.

Day to Day

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of insolvency administrations
  • Support senior team members in investigations, report writing, and stakeholder communication
  • Prepare reports to creditors, banks, and statutory authorities
  • Conduct financial reviews and identify reasons for insolvency
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders

About You

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. You may be a recent accounting or commerce graduate ready to start your insolvency career or an experienced professional looking to develop further in this rewarding and complex field.

  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards or Arita
  • Strong communications and report writing skills
  • Excellent research and analytical ability
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally
  • Candidates with 2–5 years' insolvency experience are strongly encouraged to apply, though enthusiastic graduates are also welcome.
