Operations Technician INLEC
- Darwin based position
- 2 week on/3 weeks off roster
- 24-month maximum term position

We are seeking an Operations Technician INLEC to join our team in Darwin at our Ichthys LNG facility on a 24-month maximum term contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead and responsible for executing Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance at the Onshore LNG processing facility
- Perform planned, unplanned and corrective maintenance activities
- Accurately report maintenance information in SAP as per the WMS procedures.
- Shutdown and campaign maintenance preparation and execution.
Successful candidates will have:
- Instrument Trade Certificate
- Electrical Trade Certificate with particular focus on High Voltage (HV) and being a Senior Authorised Electrical Person (SAEP)
- Electrical A Class license (any Australian State, or International with local endorsement)
- Extensive experience as an Instrument and Electrical Maintainer in an Operational environment.
- Integrated Controls Safety Systems (ICSS) experience
- Desirable to have Onshore LNG maintenance experience.
- Demonstrate high competency in the principles, practices and execution of Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment maintenance.
- Demonstrate high competency in fault finding and troubleshooting on Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment.
Skilled practitioner in the maintenance of the following equipment:
- ICSS / DCS Systems
- Turbine Control Systems
- PLC's
- HV Electrical Generation and Switching
- Vibration Monitoring Systems
- General Instrumentation
- UPS - Uninterruptable Power Supplies
- Electrical Switchboards and Distribution
- Hydraulic control systems
- Functional Safety
