The Role We Have For You

Our growing team is seeking a Service Technician to come on board.

· Client Interaction: Building and maintaining client relationships as the face of the company is a key part of this role.

· Technical Role: Provide hands-on technical services from job completions to routine maintenance testing.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure all tasks are completed to high standards in a safe and timely manner.

· Mentorship: Instruct and mentor your assigned apprentice.

· Clear Scheduling: Access your daily schedule via a shared calendar with all necessary job details.

· Tech-Savvy Workflow: Provide real-time documentation via iPad or iPhone using our fully electronic system.

· Work/Life Balance: Enjoy flexibility in your day-to-day, promoting a balanced work life.

· Direct Communication: Direct and regular communication and guidance from your Service Manager.

The Ideal Candidate

For our Service Technician position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:

· Proactive: Taking the initiative to address tasks and challenges.

· Autonomous: Able to work independently and make decisions.

· Organisational Skills: Effectively manage tasks, time, and resources.

Required Skills/Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

• WA Electricians License.
• Open Cabling Registration.
• High Risk Work License (EWP above 11m).
• CPR/LVR training.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
• Strong Leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a commercial, service and/or maintenance environment.
