Job Description
Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

Engineering Project Lead
to oversee the full Entry-Into-Service (EIS) program for the E190 fleet. This pivotal role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the E190 program across both the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). Reporting to the Network Head of Engineering, the successful candidate will lead all aspects of the program including governance, resourcing, business case development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring program deliverables are met on time and within budget, while providing strategic leadership, change management, and operational guidance. This role also involves developing and executing change, communication, and training strategies to support the successful integration of the E190 into service.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- 15+ years aviation, business or project management experience.
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, aviation, or project management is required - master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to plan and execute project delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral with senior stakeholders, peers and frontline staff.
- Relevant operational or SME knowledge to support the AOC.
- Regulatory knowledge and experience working with external regulatory authorities.
- Line and/or Project management experience in managing cross functionally and across cultures.
- Proven planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
