This position will be a fulltime Permanent role.

As a Lending Services Admin Officer your ultimate responsibility is to provide superior service and support to internal and external customers. Ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately and in a timely, efficient manner whilst complying with all the Bank's policies and procedures.

Day to Day your role may include but not limited to:

  • Package Maintenance
  • Interest Adjustments
  • Interest Only
  • Fixes
  • Switches
  • Restructures
  • Offset Fee Maintenance
  • Funding Letters
  • Ad Hoc Maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Sound Microsoft Office Skills in particular Excel & Word
  • Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Be organised, self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision or instruction
  • Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and adhere to office procedures
  • Work towards knowledge of the requirements under the Laws to which you operate, including but not limited to consumer credit law and real property law.
  • Work towards competently operate office equipment provided including computer programs such as Auswide Bank's core banking system – ULTRACS, LendFast, and any other computer programs required to successfully perform your duties
  • Answer complex customer and external service provider enquiries regarding Auswide Bank's loan products and services.
  • Any other tasks allocated from time to time by Lending Services Supervisors and the Head of Lending Services
  • Be available to perform other staff member's allocated duties if requested
