About Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse within the Permanent Pool, you will deliver evidence-based, person-centred care while working across multiple Bayside Health Service sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care under the supervision of an RN/RM.
• Contribute to assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within your scope of practice.
• Prioritise and organise your workload, escalating care concerns as required.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, carers, and the healthcare team.
• Support continuity of care and adapt quickly to changes in care delivery models.
• Maintain accurate documentation and proficiency in EMR and digital systems.
• Follow all guidelines, protocols, and safety standards to ensure high-quality care.

About You
You are a dedicated and adaptable Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Attributes

• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, evidence-based care.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to reflect on practice, seek support and collaborate effectively with RNs/RMs.
• Sound clinical knowledge with willingness to learn new skills across varied settings.
• Capacity to adapt quickly and work confidently in different clinical environments.
• Understanding of quality, safety, and risk management processes.
• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the NMBA and Medication endorsement (mandatory).
• Diploma of Nursing (desirable).

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
