Essential Criteria (Painter):
- 3+ Years of industrial painting experience
- Understanding and familiarity with industrial paints eg. Zinc Rich Primers, High Build Epoxies, Polyurethanes
- Competently use airless and conventional spray equipment
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Ability to apply coatings to specified dry film thicknesses through use of wet film gauges.
- Ability to adjust application technique based on varying conditions
Essential Criteria (Blaster):
- 3+ Years of abrasive blasting experience
- Understanding and familiarity with grit blasting to Sa 3 & Sa 2.5
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain blasting equipment & blast room
- Ability to load and unload blasting trolleys
Desirable Criteria (Blasters & Painters):
- Forklift Ticket
- Operate a gantry or overhead crane
