About the Role:

We're seeking a Part-Time People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at NXG Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in People & Culture within a dynamic, growing business.

In this role, you'll support the efficient and timely management of P&C systems and processes while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of HR functions. You'll also provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of People & Culture.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Availability to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays each week, during standard business hours
  • A degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience using HRIS platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Solutions focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
