Position: ECT/Diploma Preschool Room Leader

Location: Upper North Shore

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Love: Be the heart and soul of the preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
• Play and Learn: Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy in every child.
• Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Inspire and Grow: Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development.
• Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.
• Focus on School Readiness: Prepare children for their next big adventure-school Implement activities and programs that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional resilience.

What we need from you:

• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent OR a diploma in children's services.
• Proven experience in a Preschool Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
