**About the Position**

***We are looking to welcome a**Program Coordinator** to provide leadership of the Assessment and Service Connect (ASC) program. The ASC is a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary approach developed as a new way of working between Child Safety Services, other government agencies and the non-government sector.**

- **Full time position.**:

- **Government funded until 30 June 2025 with possible extension.**:

- **Level 7 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $115,066 - $119,872 + Super.**

***_Key Responsibilities:_**

***:

- **Lead a team to deliver high quality outcomes within a performance planning and development culture.**:

- **Actively participate in activities including meetings of ASC members and key stakeholders.**:

- **Provide expert opinion, guidance, advice, assessments and consultation on referrals, processes and service connections as part of the ASC team.**:

- **Respond as part of the ASC team on referrals.**

***About You**

***:

- **A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).**:

- **At least 5 years’ experience working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by trauma or have experienced abuse and neglect, or more than five years’ experience working in similar roles.**:

- **An ability to lead and build a strong, cohesive team in alignment with Act for Kids’ values.**:

- **Expertise in family functioning, parenting and attachment, including assessing family relationships and parenting capacity and functioning.**
