After years of online success, the brand has entered an exciting new growth phase, with physical retail stores opening across the country. Now, they're looking for an inspiring and commercially minded
Store Manager to lead their Chadstone boutique and play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of their retail journey.

The Role |

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a store and brand on the rise. As Store Manager, you'll report directly to the Founder, working collaboratively with a passionate leadership team to bring the brand's retail vision to life. You'll be responsible for the full spectrum of store operations, from team leadership and client experience to visual merchandising and commercial performance.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers engaging, memorable, and meaningful experiences.

  • Previous retail management experience (beauty experience highly regarded, but not essential).

  • Proven ability to drive results through service excellence and operational precision.
  • A confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and customer rapport.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and helping customers feel their best.
  • Full-time availability, Tuesday–Saturday roster.
