Are you an experienced refrigeration professional ready to take the lead on complex industrial projects? We're looking for a proactive and skilled Industrial Project Manager to oversee the delivery of refrigeration installations and upgrades, with a preference for experience in ammonia-based and freon systems.

About the Role:

As our Industrial Refrigeration Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery – from planning and procurement to commissioning and client handover. You'll work closely with technicians, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage refrigeration projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate teams and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, especially around ammonia systems
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade or engineering qualifications in refrigeration or mechanical services
  • Proven experience managing industrial refrigeration projects
  • Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and documentation
