Disability Support Worker Traineeship in Guildford, Blacktown and Penrith

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience providing care or support, whether through formal employment or informal responsibilities.
  • A caring personality and a genuine love for helping others
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow guidance
  • Willingness to learn personal care as well as complex and high-needs support
  • A valid driver's licence, reliable 4-door vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
  • Australian permanent residency
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow procedures
  • Availability to work mainly weekdays, with occasional weekends as required
  • Have a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
