Senior Interior Designer
to lead the design charge at our
Perth Studio
, managing creative delivery and mentoring a dynamic team of designers.

This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about concept innovation, technical precision, and team growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through construction, ensuring creativity, quality, and alignment with Stickman's design vision.
  • Manage and review design deliverables, guiding junior and mid-level team members across submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, FF&E, and BIM teams, as well as external consultants.
  • Develop concept presentations, material palettes, mood boards, and space planning documents.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
  • Produce and review detailed documentation in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Support sample reviews, site coordination, and project budgeting alignment.
  • Promote a positive, solutions-focused studio culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.

Who You Are:

  • A design leader with 8+ years of experience in hospitality and F&B interior design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and confident in managing multiple design phases.
  • Experienced in team mentorship and passionate about design leadership.
  • Strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable presenting to clients and consultants.
  • A cultural contributor who thrives in a studio environment that values creativity, growth, and excellence.

  1. Drive the creative direction and ensure technical precision across all phases.
  2. Lead and mentor the Perth Studio design team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Coordinate effectively with technical, FF&E, and BIM teams for holistic design delivery.
  4. Manage quality control and timely submissions of project deliverables.
  5. Contribute to the studio's growth and energy as a creative hub within Stickman Tribe.
