Join Our Landscaping & Gardening Team

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced landscaper or gardener to lead and mentor a team of our Supported Employees. As a Landscaping Supervisor, you'll help your team grow their skills and confidence while delivering high-quality landscaping services to our residential and commercial clients.

This is a mobile, outdoor role where no two days are the same. You'll supervise and support a team of people with disabilities offsite, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers — and meaningful experiences for your team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for gardening and landscaping — professionally or personally
  • Brings transferable people skills such as customer service, working with individuals with disabilities, or experience in community organizations (camps, scouts/guides, volunteering, etc.)
  • Can confidently read and follow technical instructions or landscaping drawings
  • Is familiar with landscaping/gardening tools and equipment
  • Can safely perform manual handling tasks, including occasional heavy lifting
  • Sees and values every person as equal, and is dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to achieve great work
  • Listens actively and communicates with empathy, respect and professionalism
  • Is reliable, accountable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively

Skills & Experience

  • Chemical Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
  • Experience with maintaining and using landscaping/gardening machinery
  • A values-driven mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusion and human rights
