In this position, you will:

  • Collection of samples from designated collection points within the premises
  • Unpacking and sorting samples
  • Assigning label numbers appropriately
  • Analysis of routine samples as designated using various instrumentation
  • Correlation of data
  • Competency based laboratory studies
  • Housekeeping and general equipment maintenance
  • Preparation of laboratory standards
  • Calibration of instrumentation
  • Display care in the use of company instrumentation, tools and property

About You

  • Hold a year 12 certificate
  • You must not hold a qualification higher than a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or you are not eligible (ie, a science degree or a cert IV in Laboratory Skills)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Based in SEQ at the time of application
  • Interest in pursuing a career in a laboratory environment
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (we are unable to accept applications from candidates who are temporary residents)
