Junior Scheduler / Estimator – Residential Passive House Builder

Are you looking to grow your career in the residential construction industry while working on innovative, sustainable homes?

We're a small but passionate Passive House builder, dedicated to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes. We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Scheduler / Estimator to join our team and help bring our projects to life.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our tight-knit team, supporting the scheduling and estimating functions from pre-construction through to project delivery. You'll gain exposure to all stages of the build process while working in a friendly, supportive environment where your input will be valued.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining project schedules in line with construction timelines

Assisting with the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to source pricing and confirm timelines

Updating project documentation and records in our project management system

Supporting the team with day-to-day project administration tasks

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience using Wunderbuild and/or Revit highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

A proactive and collaborative attitude

Basic understanding of residential construction processes (Passive House knowledge a bonus, but not essential)
