Your opportunity:

This role is an independent full time credit role reporting to the Finance Manager at our Sydney office. The role manages both invoicing and credit responsibilities for the DKSH Smollan Group Companies in Australia. Client profile range from large MNCs to local based businesses.

  • Debt collection and receipting in SAP
  • Forecasting receipts
  • Minimising disputes and write offs
  • Creating weekly reporting on overdue accounts for Local Management
  • Creating monthly reports for executives
  • Processing & issuing all customer invoices
  • Liaising with Customers, and Client Service Teams on invoicing and over-dues
  • Management of vendor portals and PO management systems, such as Ariba
  • Customer and vendor creation

  • Previous credit control experience (FMCG/Retail experience is ideal)
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability to a busy and exciting environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Maintaining high professional standards in respect of internal and external relationships, with a diverse range of people
