As a Senior or Associate-level Civil Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work on landmark transport infrastructure projects that are shaping Queensland's future. You will:
- Lead the design of roads, drainage, and civil infrastructure from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Apply Road Safety and Design Philosophy principles to enhance outcomes.
- Mentor junior designers and foster technical excellence.
- Engage with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Champion innovation, safety, and best practices in every design.
About you:
- 10–15 years' experience in civil design within a consultancy environment.
- Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local road authority requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D CADD software and transport infrastructure modelling.
- Proven ability to manage scope, time, and cost across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
