What You'll Do
- Refurbish and repaint schools, housing, and health facilities.
- Restore heritage buildings and modernise community spaces.
- Support apprentices and pass on your trade knowledge.
- Be part of emergency response efforts when the community needs you most.
- Work with government partners to grow QBuild's services in the region.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (qualified trades only).
- Pride in quality workmanship and safety.
- Experience in surface preparation, finishing techniques, and coatings.
- Willingness to embrace digital tools (yes, even painters check emails).
- Passion for mentoring the next generation of painters.
What We Offer
- Salary range: $76,106 – $99,787 per year
- 9‑day fortnight – more long weekends to enjoy the tropics
