About the Opportunity

We are preparing for a significant civil and trenchless infrastructure package in Sydney and are seeking to connect with experienced Quality Managers or Project Quality Engineers with strong experience in utility or Tier 1 construction environments.

This role oversees construction quality across the project, ensuring all quality documentation is consistent, accurate and correctly implemented by subcontractors and site teams. You'll manage ITPs, support NCR processes, and lead handover documentation from day one, working closely with the engineering and site delivery teams. The role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.

This is an Expression of Interest ahead of project award. Formal recruitment discussions will commence once timelines and program schedules are confirmed.

What You Will Be Responsible For

· Coordinating quality requirements across civil and microtunnelling work fronts

· Reviewing and maintaining ITPs, checklists and commissioning documentation

· Working with Project Engineers and Supervisors to ensure daily QA requirements are met

· Supporting NCR identification and close-out processes

· Managing hold points and coordinating quality inspections

· Leading the development and assembly of project handover documentation

What We're Looking For

· Experience in quality roles on major civil, utilities or infrastructure projects

· Strong understanding of Tier 1-style quality frameworks, processes and documentation requirements

· Ability to work closely with site and engineering teams to maintain consistent QA records

· Practical, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail

· Minimum 5 years' experience in project quality roles

· ISO 9001 auditing qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory
