CNC Machinist

Due to business growth, driven by clients re-shoring work, we have an opportunity for an experienced full time CNC (Milling) Machinist to join our team.
By joining our team as a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:
CNC Operations:
Coordinate daily activities of CNC machining operations, ensuring machines and processes run efficiently.
Quality Control:
Ensure that machined parts meet specifications and quality standards by conducting inspections and audits and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Diagnose and resolve any operational issues with CNC machines and tooling. Ensure regular maintenance is conducted to prevent breakdowns.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and quality control inspections. Provide regular reports to management.
About You:
- Proven experience in CNC machining and a strong understanding of CNC machine programming and operations
- Some 5-axis experience considered desirable but not essential.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in the production process.
- Must have full working rights and be able to work full time.
- Strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
- Driver's license required.
- Forklift license highly regarded but not essential.
