About The Opportunity

Picture walking into the factory and seeing a product you've helped refine being built, tested, and shipped.

That's the everyday reality here.

You'll have a hand in product development and improvement, ensuring designs make sense for manufacturing, while also being the person who steps in when challenges arise.

Whether it's running reports on production performance, advising order processing teams, or supporting a warranty investigation, you're right at the centre of the action.

It's a balance of technical engineering, commercial awareness, and collaboration with both local and global teams.

About You

You're hands-on, practical, and motivated to be part of a role where variety is the norm.

Some days you're deep in product development, refining a design or looking at heat transfer challenges.

The next you're on the production floor, troubleshooting issues or making sure sales orders can be delivered smoothly.

You're equally comfortable contributing to global projects like ERP migration or heading out to site to check performance.

You've probably got one to three years under your belt in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, with a solid foundation in product design or HVAC.

You know your way around AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, understand BOMs and MRP systems, and have a working knowledge of Australian Standards.

If you've got thermodynamics or heat transfer knowledge, that's even better.
