Are you a natural leader with a passion for style, service, and sustainability? We're looking for a Store Manager to champion our men's footwear category and inspire teams across the business.
This is your chance to combine creativity, leadership, and storytelling to shape how our customers experience men's footwear at Bared. You'll lead by example, turning data into action, and creating customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the men's footwear category across our store network.
- Deliver unforgettable customer experiences and inspire your team to do the same.
- Develop and roll out engaging service content to support teams nationally.
- Partner with the National Retail Manager to train and upskill teams on service, product, and styling.
- Provide insights and feedback to shape future product and marketing decisions.
- Support sales growth and build a loyal customer base.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store operations.
What You Bring
- Proven retail management experience (menswear/men's footwear experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication and people skills – you know how to connect and inspire.
- A sharp eye for detail and understanding of customer experience & visual merchandising.
- Confidence in using data and insights to make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to travel and support teams across locations when needed.
- Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
- Above all, you're passionate about customer satisfaction, storytelling, and building something meaningful.
