The opportunity:

As a Manager Environmental Delivery at Powerlink, you'll play a critical role in ensuring environmental requirements are embedded into the planning, construction and operation of projects across Queensland. You'll lead a team of three specialists and work closely with project delivery, operational teams, contractors and regulators to make sure our projects are delivered to the highest environmental standards.

  • Lead a cross-disciplinary team responsible for integrating approval conditions into project contracts and ensuring contractors deliver works in line with environmental obligations.
  • Oversee assurance, compliance monitoring and investigations throughout project delivery, supporting effective outcomes across major and other projects.

What you'll bring:

You'll bring strong knowledge of environmental legislation, experience embedding environmental management into construction and operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across project delivery teams. Your leadership will ensure compliance, build team capability, and support the successful delivery of projects across the state.
