About the Company
Kalibrate-Ed
is Australia's leading strategic education advisory firm for parents. We go beyond traditional education models by giving families the strategic approach and insights they need to unlock extraordinary outcomes.
We recognise that today's students need more than just marks—they need mindset, strategy, and adaptability. In a world where education is evolving faster than ever, we are passionate about helping families make informed, strategic choices that unlock a student's learning potential. We empower students to think independently, manage setbacks and build the skillset needed to thrive not only in school, but beyond as well.
We build capable humans, not just capable students.

- Proactively report on key project milestones and each student's measurable improvements in academic skills, results and mindset.
- Maintain exceptional levels of strategic advisory methodology and client service.
- This is a project based contract role - you determine how much you wish to work. Lucrative remuneration based on a per student per month fee. Earnings vary based on project scope, duration and number of students. You decide

- Possess strong, working knowledge of the NSW secondary education system, including curriculum requirements, ATAR scaling, and university–career pathways.
- Be confident in breaking down subject content, building tailored learning systems, and strategically designing the most efficient trajectory to meet each student's goals.
- Take a results-oriented approach, blending structure, behavioural insight, and strategic planning to help students reach their full potential.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
The Kind of Thinker We're Looking For
- You don't just teach—you support students in problem-solving both learning and life challenges. What does that look like?
- Reverse-engineering the optimal entry pathway for an aspiring Law student, decoding vague English feedback into actionable learning strategies and stabilising a Year 12 student's mindset and performance just weeks out from Trials to prevent burnout.
- If this sounds like how you think or how you've always worked quietly in the background, we'd love to hear from you
