In joining our Engineering Program (Power) in 2026 you'll receive dedicated mentorship from a team of experts invested in building your technical competency to maximise your potential.
You'll gain exposure across the asset lifecycle from design and delivery through to operations and maintenance and will have opportunity to go onto site to experience our diverse assets up close.
Career pathways upon completion of the Program include:
- Power Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Project Engineer
- Grid Connections Engineer
About You
- You're currently completing your final year of an Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering degree, / (or completed studies within the last 12 months)
- You're available to commence your full-time career in March 2026
- You've maintained an overall credit average (65 WAM or GPA equivalent)
- You're an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident in Australia
