KULTURE IN HAIR, is a well established, sustainable salon in Avalon Beach offering exceptional hair services in a warm & welcoming space. We are expanding & looking for a 1st or 2nd year hairdressing apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team. We use premium, luxury haircare brands including Kerastase, Keune, Global Keratin & Seamless 1 hair extensions. What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to during their visit
  • Observe and assist senior stylists with all aspects of hairdressing including shampooing, treatments, styling, cutting, colours, foils and extensions
  • Utilise product knowledge to recommend appropriate in salon services and products to meet clients needs
  • Maintaining a clean and organised salon environment by ensuring all stations, tools and products are stocked and sanitised
  • Attending TAFE one day a week and working in salon 4 days a week
  • Attending regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the salon's success
