Jimboomba Turf is on the hunt for an energetic and detail-driven Customer Relationship Coordinator to be the friendly voice and organised backbone of our business.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits right between sales, logistics, and customer service.

You'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers — helping them place orders, schedule deliveries, and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and greeting customers with a positive, professional manner
• Entering and processing sales orders accurately
• Coordinating turf deliveries with our logistics team
• Managing emails, quotes, and follow-ups
• Supporting the sales team with customer requests and admin tasks

You're a natural people-person who thrives on helping others and making things run smoothly.

You're also switched-on, with a great eye for detail and a knack for staying organised when things get busy.

You'll bring:

• A friendly, professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems (Excel, HubSpot etc.)
• The ability to prioritise and problem-solve
• A genuine love of great customer service

Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination, or administration will be highly regarded — but attitude and reliability are what matter most.
